The REFOOTURE project collects evidence, identifies pathways and supports collaboration in innovation for regenerative inclusive food systems in Eastern Africa. We do this through mobilizing innovation capacity and strengthening the enabling environment via living labs in Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda. Scientists from Wageningen University & Research (WUR, The Netherlands) and East Africa collaborate in this project together with a broad range of stakeholders in the food system. Our aim is to enhance and strengthen a culture of innovation for regenerative inclusive food systems which has radiance and will persist.
